Sproutzai is the public name of Sproutz Intelligent Technologies LLP. We use the information you share to understand your enquiry and respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

When you write to us, we receive the information in your message, including your name, company name, email address, phone number, and website address if you provide them.

We do not store your IP address or country with your enquiry. Cloudflare may process your IP address as part of serving the site and handling the request.

How we use it

We use your information to understand your situation, review your enquiry, contact you, and discuss whether we can help. If you ask us to propose work, we may use it to prepare an approach, scope, and price.

Where it goes

Cloudflare Pages serves this website. Cloudflare processes requests at locations around the world, so your information is not confined to India. Email sent to us is handled by our email provider. We do not share enquiry details with other businesses for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. If an enquiry becomes a project, we keep the relevant records during the engagement and for as long afterward as tax and company record requirements apply.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry. Email hello@sproutzai.com and we will help with your request.
